The Learning Activity Week included also one study visit that was organized by the hosting partner, ASEV. It was made to the Association RE.SO (Recupero Solidale) of Empoli, which main purposes are:
- spreading the culture of recovery,
- fighting against waste,
- environmental protection.
In particular, it deals with the recovery of goods and products that cannot be sold (due to damage to the packaging, for example), food or not, but completely intact and usable for social solidarity purposes.
